| We were traveling with family and found ourselves in the cute vacation town in western Michigan: Saugatuck. The Mermaid is a restaurant in a perfect spot right on the water with lots of outdoor dining. | |

| | | The size of the sandwich was smallish but the bread was good. The meat was good but only scored a 3. The overall experience and sandwich were a 4. The outdoor dining is a very nice feature. The jus was only fine, coming in at a 3. The buttery, garlic bun saved this sandwich with its high-scoring 4. The jus just barely scraped by with nothing to spare. | |
