Wonderful book about computer science in the "popularization of ideas" genre.
In few hundred pages the author covers the computer history and how they work, from addition operation to AI.
While not getting very deep in any particular area, it provides a great introduction to many topics and shows the inner workings behind "the magic".

Nice style, does not require any advanced engineering knowledge to enjoy and follow.

Highly recommended for people who want to learn more about how computers work.
