| I liked it. Dry and crunchy bread and well-done burger paired quite well with creamy Swiss and salty, hot, dark jus. The lack of buttered bread actually was great because the cheese was so creamy. | |

As I was waiting for my bill I realized that I knew (quite well, actually, through our families and the very small Anacortes-Guemes Island community) someone sitting right by me, Chris Yaun. Chatted with him and another local for quite some time. | |
